About these texts
Customer Contact Solutions (Web Design & SEO Agency) sends review-request text messages from +1 (888) 272-4309 on behalf of local businesses that use our Website + Local Growth service. After a visit or completed job, the customer receives one text asking how the visit went, with a link to leave feedback or a Google review. These are not marketing messages.
How customers opt in
Customers opt in verbally when they book or check in with the business, in person or by phone. Staff read the script below, and the customer's yes or no is recorded in the booking system next to their mobile number. Customers who say no are never texted.
Verbal consent script
Staff: "After your visit, [Business Name] can send you one text message from our review partner, Customer Contact Solutions, asking how your visit went, with a link to leave feedback. We send no more than 2 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to opt out. Our terms are at webdesignandseoagency.ca/terms-of-service and our privacy policy is at webdesignandseoagency.ca/privacy-policy. Is it OK if we text you about your visit? Please answer yes or no."
Customer: "Yes."
Staff: "Great, thank you. You'll get one text after your visit."
Example message
"Riverside Family Dental: Hi Sarah, thanks for visiting today! How was your visit? Tap to let us know: https://www.webdesignandseoagency.ca/r/ab12cd Reply STOP to opt out."
Opt out and help
- Reply STOP to stop all texts. You'll get one confirmation and nothing more.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (226) 455-0335.
- Message frequency: usually one per visit, no more than 2 a month. Message and data rates may apply.
- We never sell or share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
