Is the website build really free?
Yes. We build your new website at no cost and you see it before you decide anything. You only pay the $39 a month (or $99 with Local Growth) if you choose to keep it.
Why is it free?
We use AI-assisted tools to design and build websites fast, so a build takes us a fraction of the time it takes a traditional agency. That lets us build yours first and let the website do the selling.
What do I need to send you?
Usually just your current website address. We work from what's already there. If you have newer photos, a logo, or a list of your services and service area, send those too. No website yet? Photos and your business info are enough to start.
How fast will I see it?
You get a link to your first preview within 24 hours of us getting your info. Look at it on your phone and computer, and tell us what you'd like changed.
What's included in the $39 a month?
Hosting, your SSL security certificate (the padlock), maintenance, backups and 2 hours of updates a year, like new photos, new services or changed hours. No contract.
What does the $99 Local Growth plan add?
Everything in the $39 plan, plus your Google Business Profile cleaned up and kept active with a new post every 3 days (about 10 a month), review requests by text, alerts for new reviews with a reply written for you to approve, a new local article every week and a monthly report.
What isn't included?
The free build covers up to 10 pages: services, projects or gallery, reviews, service area, about and contact with a quote form. It doesn't include online stores, custom booking systems, blogs or customer logins. We can link to a booking or payment tool you already use.
Do you only work with businesses in London?
No. We're based in London, Ontario and work with small businesses right across Canada. Everything is done by phone, text, email or Zoom.
What if I don't like it?
Then you don't keep it, and you owe nothing. No pressure.
